By accessing or using andreastover.com (the “Site”) or engaging in any services offered by Andrea Stover, PhD (“Andrea Stover,” “I,” “me,” or “my”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site or book any services.

2. Nature of Services

The services offered through this Site, including Psychospiritual Guidance, Psychological Astrology consultations, Akashic Records readings, and related sessions and intensives, are non-clinical, non-therapeutic services. They are intended for personal growth, self-exploration, and spiritual inquiry.

These services are not mental health therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment of any kind. They are not a substitute for professional medical care, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, or licensed mental health services. Please read the Medical Disclaimer below in full.

3. Eligibility

By booking a session or using this Site, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not in active mental health crisis, and you understand that these services are not designed to address acute psychiatric emergencies.
• You are seeking services for the purpose of personal growth, self-exploration, or spiritual inquiry.

4. Booking & Payment

Sessions and readings are booked through the scheduling link provided on this Site. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. By completing a booking, you agree to the session fee and cancellation policy outlined at the time of scheduling.

Current session rates are listed on the Site and subject to change. You will always be informed of the applicable rate before your booking is confirmed.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. This policy exists to honor the time of both parties and maintain the integrity of our working relationship.

6. Confidentiality

All sessions are held in strict confidence. Information shared in sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent, except in the following circumstances:

• Where disclosure is required by law.
• Where there is a reasonable belief of imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.
• Where disclosure is required by a court of legal authority.

Please note that because these services are not clinical therapy, they are not subject to HIPAA. However, your privacy is taken seriously and handled with the utmost care and discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable materials — is the property of Andrea Stover, PhD and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without prior written permission.
